Version: 2026-10-final. Effective date: October 16, 2026.
These terms govern your individual access to a provisional setup workspace provided by Continuum Technologies LLC ("Continuum"). By selecting Agree and create workspace, you accept these terms for yourself. The Continuum Privacy Policy describes our handling of personal information.
1. Setup access
The workspace lets you prepare your community's onboarding, provide setup information and, when available, invite people to review the proposed service. Use an email address you control and use for board work. Keep access codes private, provide accurate information and tell us if your affiliation or authority changes. A workspace organizer is a setup role, not a verified director, officer or authorized association signer.
2. Association approval is separate
Creating a workspace does not approve a subscription, bind your association to a contract, authorize a board decision or represent that any board action has occurred. The association's authorization and subscription agreement are separate steps. A director's later confirmation concerns the specific decision presented to that director. Individual setup acceptance does not replace it.
3. Materials and the free period
Do not upload financial records, governing documents or other association materials until the workspace explicitly permits it after you affirm the Board’s approval. Do not submit passwords, access codes, full payment-card details or unrelated sensitive personal information. Creating the workspace does not start the two-month free period. That period starts only after required materials and setup are complete and Continuum activates service. Any displayed estimate is based on the declared home count; the association reviews the applicable commercial terms before signing.
4. Responsible use
Use the workspace only for legitimate community onboarding. Share only contact information you are entitled to provide. Do not impersonate another person, claim an authority you do not hold, interfere with the service or try to access another community's information. Continuum may restrict setup access to protect users, address misuse or resolve an authority dispute. Contact us if a correction or assisted setup is needed.
5. Information and security
We use your email to deliver requested access codes and necessary setup communications. Unfinished signup requests expire after seven days; resending a code does not restart that window. Expired unverified bootstrap accounts are removed after checks that they have not verified or joined a workspace. We retain limited keyed security counters to prevent repeated abusive enrollment, including attempts involving revoked or removed accounts; these counters are not used for advertising. Workspace, acceptance and security records are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network security signals to protect signup from automated abuse. This security check is required for signup. Setup pages do not run session replay or advertising measurement. We do not send optional marketing follow-up through this setup process.
6. Questions or ending setup access
You may stop setup or ask for help at welcome@continuumhoa.com. Leaving setup does not assert a decision on behalf of your association, erase another person's records or cancel an association subscription. Contact privacy@continuumhoa.com about personal-information requests. Operational access and any association subscription are governed by their separately presented terms.
